1.Carbide tip

There are different types of carbide metal.

Suitable grade selected according to the Target Projects.

Carbide Tips are made of raw material and sintered in vacuum.

2.Brazing

The carbide metal tip of the cutting tool is firmly welded to a steel body.

Carbide metal and steel expand to different degrees when exposed to heat.

We using a brazing technique developed in-house that is subject to severe load tests during production to assure quality.

3.Steel body

Normally Steel body is 40Cr or 42CrMo after heat treatment 40-44HRC.

Make sure the high strength and resistance.

4.Wear plate

The wear plate is matched to the holder such that it absorbs a large part of the wear load.

The design and dimensions of the plate vary depending on the application.

5.Clamping sleeve

To reduce wear and tear of the picks and toolholders andPrevents the picks from falling out,avoiding unnecessary machine downtimes and higher costs for wearing parts.
